Choptank Health Migrant Outreach

Medical services are provided to H2A agricultural and H2B nonagricultural seasonal workers, delivered onsite at migrant locations or at Choptank Health centers.

Migrant Care

Our Migrant Care addresses acute/sick urgent care needs and management of chronic medical issues, such as:

  • Most common acute diagnoses: Allergies, Rashes, Musculoskeletal Complaints and Overuse Injuries

  • Most common chronic conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes and GERD (reflux)

Choptank Health’s Migrant Care also provides:

  •   Emergency referral for dental services

  •  Prescriptions and medical supplies

Spanish/ Creole Language Lab Services

Spanish and Creole interpreters are provided at some locations.
