AFTER-HOURS SICK AND URGENT CARE TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS

Established Choptank Health Primary Patients can self-schedule acute, sick, or urgent care telehealth appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 8:00 p.m.

February 2, 2026 Mobile Health Weather Update:

Due to the weather and the continued icy conditions, Choptank Community Health System’s mobile health unit will be unable to provide services in Marydel on February 4, and in Sudlersville on February 3.
To connect virtually, call or text 667-377-2004 to schedule an appointment. Please call 911 if you are having a medical emergency.
