This year, Choptank Health is recognizing two decades of providing women across Maryland’s Mid-Shore with compassionate, comprehensive care. This milestone underscores the organization’s growth and commitment to the communities it serves.
Choptank Health welcomes two Certified Nurse Midwives to women’s care team
Certified Nurse Midwives McCall “Mickey” Dubroff and Gabrielle Gill have joined Choptank Community Health System’s women’s health team, bringing more than 20 years of combined experience in providing compassionate, patient-centered care in rural and hospital settings.
Choptank Health Offers Women’s Health and Prenatal Care
Women’s health and prenatal services are available to all Choptank Health patients at Easton Health Center, Fassett Magee Medical Center in Cambridge, and the Federalsburg Medical Center. Women’s health services are also provided to patients in Caroline and Kent counties, with prenatal health services to be added soon.
Services include well-women exams for cervical cancer and breast cancer screenings, prenatal counseling and treatment, gynecology/pelvic exams, STI screenings, contraceptive counseling, IUD and Nexplanon placement, menopause counseling, and more.
